Building Management Co. oversees the operations of company owned buildings. These include the Dixie Terminal Buildings, One East Fourth St., Three East Fourth St. in Cincinnati, and a building in Connecticut.

Our team:

• Oversees day-to-day management operations, as well as long-term capital building projects.

• Ensures the properties are mechanically and structurally maintained in a safe, cost effective, pro-active environment.

• Manages all tenant relations (i.e. leasing, rent collections, tenant work orders, tenant build out, operating/tax expense reconciliations, etc.).

• Implements, coordinates and maintains the buildings' fire/life safety systems, emergency procedures manuals and the floor warden programs.

• Prepares budget and financial analysis, including invoice processing.
